About

Charlotte St. James, MA, CMC, an independent Brain Fitness Coach/Trainer, specializes in the care of older adults with cognitive impairment. In 2000, she and Sharon Gray co-founded Bay Area GCM, a private-pay Professional Geriatric Care Management Company based in San Carlos, California. Charlotte continues to collaborate with Sharon and Bay Area GCM.

Her approach combines traditional care management, activities that enhance brain function, and, most importantly, the time and attention needed to bond with her clients. This relationship of trust allows Charlotte to help her clients make the lifestyle changes that may slow the progression of cognitive impairment while improving quality of life.
