Education
Charlotte St James obtained her Master's in Counseling Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, which focuses upon six areas of human existence. Research suggests that activities performed in these areas (intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, creative, and relational) enhance brain health. This unique education guides Charlotte's response to her clients. She develops strong and lasting relationships and encourages Brain Fitness activities that maintain and strengthen brain health and emotional well-being.

Professional Experience and Training
For over 22 years, Charlotte has acquired extensive experience and advanced training with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Alzheimer's disease (AD), and other forms of dementia. With these qualifications, she develops Individualized Care Plans designed to meet each older adult at his/her intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, creative, and relational level.
